*Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about our shipping, return, and exchange policies.
At this time, we only ship within the US.
Orders usually take approximately 2 business days to process before being shipped.
Example: If purchase was made on Friday, orders will be shipped on either Monday or Tuesday.
If a product is needed sooner than the above mentioned time frame, a special request can be made and extra charges will be applied. Please contact us first before placing your order, to confirm that the products are available for express shipping, and that you agree to the additional shipping charges.
IMPORTANT:
AshaCavelle, LLC will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to receive their precious packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
